IT Innovation Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will design and develop innovative and scalable solutions leveraging emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT). Your responsibilities include defining the technical architecture to align with business goals, industry best practices, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks for innovation initiatives. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during solution implementation. - Conduct research to assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies. - Collaborate with external partners and vendors for innovation projects. - Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and share knowledge with the team. - Participate in innovation workshops and collaborative activities to generate ideas. - Mentor and coach team members on solution architecture best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect, focusing on designing and implementing innovative solutions. - Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, and emerging technologies. - Familiarity with solution architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman. - Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to innovation projects. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate complex technical challenges. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
