Job Opening for the position : Ericsson Payroll Company: Netconnectglobal (30Yrs Old Organization, ISO Certified) Project Deployment : Ericsson Location: Bangalore Note: Employment with NCG Project from Ericsson Job Details Lead the design and deployment of IAM solutions, focusing on ForgeRock technologies, to enhance security and operational efficiency. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and teams. Provide strategic direction and insights for IAM functions, including federation, authentication, and authorization, within the organization. Develop and implement processes, tools, and policies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of identity and access management systems. Automate IT infrastructure projects, including platform migrations and security policy updates, collaborating with internal stakeholders. Create and maintain technical documentation for IAM systems, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and audits. Conduct regular IAM system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and identify areas for improvement. Mentor junior engineers and provide training on IAM best practices and ForgeRock technologies. You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You: 3-6 years of experience in IAM operations, with a focus on ForgeRock technologies such as OPENIDM and Directory Services. Proficient in Linux operating systems and capable of performing intermediate-level tasks. Strong skills in LDAP, MYSQL, and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell. Experience with REST APIs and Core Java for developing and integrating IAM solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex IAM issues and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
