Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with product teams to architect, design, and implement new and existing systems to enhance reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability. - Develop and automate application deployment and configuration processes to ensure consistent and efficient operations. - Ensure comprehensive monitoring and alerting of key services to maintain system reliability. - Coach and train development teams on DevOps best practices to enhance skill sets and project outcomes. - Research, develop, and implement tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery to streamline the development pipeline. - Drive efficiency improvements in capacity planning, configuration management, and performance tuning. - Manage complex integrations and interfaces between on-premise solutions, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems. - Contribute to the definition and maintenance of technology standards, methods, and tools within the enterprise. Requirements - 12+ years of relevant software development experience, with a focus on front-end, back-end, cloud automation, and orchestration. - Expertise in Python and Bash scripting for development and automation tasks. - Proficiency in cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. - Advanced knowledge of Azure services, including APIM, Front Door, and Managed Kubernetes (AKS). - Experience with GitOps tools such as Flux or ArgoCD for managing cloud infrastructure. - Strong understanding of Linux environments, including system internals and infrastructure as code practices with Terraform and Ansible. - Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems, microservices architecture, and application security.
