REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The TechOps Analyst role is crucial to maintaining the integrity and performance of our telecom systems, ensuring seamless operations and service delivery. Based in Gurgaon, this position involves closely monitoring Linux-based environments, providing immediate support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance system efficiency. Description - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a technical operations or support role, preferably in a Linux environment. - Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and SQL database management. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with shell scripting or other automation tools to streamline operational tasks. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain Linux-based production environments to ensure system stability and performance. - Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes. - Investigate and resolve system and application issues promptly to minimize downtime and service disruption. - Automate routine operational tasks using shell scripts or relevant automation tools to enhance efficiency. - Participate in deployments, patching, and infrastructure upgrades to maintain up-to-date systems. - Maintain comprehensive system documentation, logs, and standard operating procedures for operational consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical operations and ensure seamless service delivery. - Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
