Hiring: SAP Service Delivery Manager SAP S/4HANA & AMS Location: Bangalore Experience: 13+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office) Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, AMS Delivery, and SAP Implementation/Rollout Projects . Strong experience in SAP Functional Modules (Any Module). Proven experience managing AMS engagements and SAP support operations. Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Global Rollout Projects . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end SAP service delivery and AMS operations. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, governance standards, and service quality metrics. Lead SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives. Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and support organizations. Drive incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Monitor project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and escalations. Provide leadership in continuous service improvement and operational excellence. Deliver executive-level reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews.
