Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst GRC/IRM Experience: 5+ Years Location: PAN India Share resume: Mishra.Neha@net2source.co.in Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations. Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and gap analysis. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle. Configure and support ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. Facilitate UAT, prepare test scenarios, and support defect resolution. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and organizational governance standards. Create process documentation, functional design documents, and user training materials. Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming activities. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM. Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Policy & Compliance Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk Management Business Continuity Management (preferred) Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow CSA certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM/GRC (preferred). ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
