Share resume: Mishra.Neha@net2source.co.in Job Title: Senior Developer ServiceNow ITOM Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pan India Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer – ServiceNow ITOM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, along with hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on business requirements. Configure and maintain ITOM modules, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB Cloud Discovery (preferred) Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance. Ensure CMDB data quality and governance by implementing best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ITOM enhancements. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM. Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration. Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations. Knowledge of Service Portal, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
