Senior UX/UI Designer - AI

As a member of the UX team at our global company, you will be working closely with engineers from various locations such as India, Israel, and the US. Our team is AI-forward, and we expect you to utilize responsible AI to drive tangible results. You should be prepared to showcase your past experience in using AI tools or models to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation. This includes providing specific examples, quantified outcomes, and details of the governance practices you followed. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing enterprise product experiences. - Must have an online portfolio demonstrating diverse experiences. - Profound knowledge of the latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design processes, design principles, and techniques. - Proficiency in using Figma to develop low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead ideation sessions and justify design decisions effectively. - Experience in leading teams with complex interactions across features and themes. - Ability to influence daily design and research activities spanning multiple themes. - Capable of managing concurrent projects and collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record in defining and guiding features to align with the overall portfolio. - Familiarity with leveraging user experience research and collaborating with AI tools to enhance outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to quantify AI impact and follow relevant safeguards and compliance practices. In addition to the above, the following qualifications would be preferred: - Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. - Experience advocating for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams. - Demonstrable experience in creating complex and modern web designs to deliver delightful experiences. - Proficiency in maintaining and evolving design systems. - Working knowledge of current web-based technologies and frameworks like CSS, Angular, React to inform design decisions. Your education should include a Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
