About the role

As a Senior Engineer in the NetApps Keystone organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing challenging and complex projects. You will decompose complex problems into simple solutions with respect to builds, environments, and alerts. Understanding system interdependencies, limitations, and engineering best practices is a must. Additionally, you will partner with technical and product leaders, playing a key role in helping NetApp stay ahead of the curve. Your role requires a strong technical point of view, excellent teamwork, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of Go/python programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms - Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field - Knowledge of various Go/python frameworks and tools - 5 years of experience working with the Go/python programming language - Strong written and communication skills with fluency in English - Familiarity with database technologies such as NoSQL, Prometheus, and Datalake - Hands-on experience with code conversion tools like Git - Passion for learning new tools, languages, philosophies, and workflows - Working with generated code and code generation techniques - Knowledge of programming methodologies - Object Oriented/Functional/Design Patterns - Knowledge of software development methodologies - SCRUM/AGILE/LEAN Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required (Computer Science preferred) or relevant experience.
