Network Automation Services Manager

NetBrain is looking for a collaborative and customer-minded leader with a strong technical background in network design and service delivery to join our post-sales organization as Manager, Network Automation Services, working a hybrid schedule out of our Hyderabad office. This person should have be able to use that network operations/design background to understand customer use cases, and they should be experienced in leading high performing services teams. What Youll Do Manage and mentor a team of network automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Develop and implement a comprehensive network automation strategy aligned with the company s goals and objectives. Design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for network configuration, monitoring, and management. Oversee the execution of network automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing network infrastructure. Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization through automation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to automation and network performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, procedures, and best practices. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the automation capabilities of the network. Additional responsibilities as assigned. What You Bring Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus. 8+ years of experience in network engineering or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on network automation. Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages. Strong understanding of networking protocols and network management systems.
