Junior Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at NETRIO, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting advanced network solutions using Fortinet security and networking platforms such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, and FortiSwitch. You will architect secure, resilient, and scalable network infrastructures across multi-site and hybrid environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, deploying, and supporting advanced network solutions - Configuring and managing firewalls, SD-WAN, IPS/IDS, VPN solutions, and segmentation strategies - Implementing and optimizing routing and switching - Deploying and managing wireless networks - Serving as Tier 1 to 3 escalation point for complex network issues - Troubleshooting end-to-end connectivity, performance, security, and routing problems - Ensuring networks follow security best practices - Configuring and maintaining security profiles - Assisting with compliance initiatives - Providing written documentation, network diagrams, and post-migration reports The qualifications required for this role include: - 2 to 5 years of experience in network engineering roles - Deep expertise in Fortinet platforms - Strong proficiency in networking, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, and network security - Experience with Cisco and/or Palo Alto products - Extensive hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and performance tuning - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced MSP environment In addition, NETRIO values its people and operates based on core values such as Empathy, Partnership, Integrity, Accountability, and Innovation.
