Role: TAC Associate Shift: Rotational Shift Experience 0 to 1 Year Location: Pune Mode: Work from Office Skills: Networking with good communication Rotation Assignments Rotation assignments are available in two main areas: Service Provider Experience: Build expertise in 4G, 5G, and next-generation Service Provider networks by understanding what happens on the wire/network rather than device configuration. Enterprise Vertical: Build expertise in understanding customers' networks and business-critical applications from a packet-level perspective. Eligibility Engineering graduates in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related disciplines with relevant experience; or Diploma holders from recognized institutes in Computer, Electronics & Communication; or Master's in IT/MCA or equivalent; or B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science. Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of networking. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Candidates with Cisco, Microsoft, Linux/Unix certifications or exposure to Network Management Tools and RDBMS will have an added advantage. Skills Required & Personality Attributes Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VLANs, and network management protocols such as SNMP. Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools is desirable. Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line usage. Familiarity with enterprise server hardware (Dell, Supermicro) and remote management tools such as IPMI or iDRAC is desirable. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good listening ability and telephone handling skills. Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to think critically to provide effective solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. Ability to take initiative and drive results. Ability to influence decisions with a sense of urgency and competitive drive. The position will be on contract and may be converted to a full-time role based on performance. Work Schedule 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. The position may require working in rotational shifts.
