About Netskope: Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a recent perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security. About the position: Responsibilities include: - Administer, configure, and support all aspects of Netskope's CPQ environment, including product creation and management, price rules, product rules, validation rules, contract management workflows, and approval processes - Act as the technical resource to understand requirements, design and support all aspects of Netskope's quote to cash experience within Salesforce - Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Order Management, Finance, and Deal Desk to scope, design, and execute on technical solutions within Salesforce CPQ to support key initiatives - Work with order management to create and optimize a unified quoting experience, which supports hardware, software and services (e.g. ramp schedules, multiple shipping locations) - Lead initiatives around renewal automation, amendment optimization, and order management - Management and maintenance of quote templates and quote terms - Partner with the Legal team to launch a contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution - Work with Sales Operations to develop a standardized deal inspection and review process - Manage the integration between Salesforce and Netsuite - Develop and drive the solution for partner order management - Create and maintain process documentation for end users, as well as solution design documentation for the GTM Systems Team - Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot technical issues with CPQ Job Requirements: - 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce CPQ at an enterprise SaaS company, within a complex Salesforce environment - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Salesforce .
