Sr. Product Manager / Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills as well as have a passion for enterprise/cloud networking security while bridging customer business requirements with key market trends. You must be comfortable with frequent interaction with customers and prospects presenting our solution and explaining our security solution while understanding and articulating their requirements. A successful track-record of working closely with engineering, sales and marketing and clearly communicating business goals in technical terms is a must. We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to drive Netskope s product strategy and execution for securing users, applications and services including GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. The ideal candidate would be the one who takes ownership and is responsible for defining the core requirements of the product, launching it and collaborating with product marketing to come up with an effective GTM plan. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the GenAI/LLM security landscape, data protection, networking and cloud security, OSI networking stack, and products that are built with cloud native architecture. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope security products to protect users, applications and services including generative AI/ML applications. Translate customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders Takes ownership working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables Ensure optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel Develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate, validate model outputs, accuracy and safety guardrails. Create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing Job Requirements: 10+ years in product management 7+ years in the cloud network security or related markets Experience in security and networking products such as Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, machine learning for data protection Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI frameworks like OWASP LLM T10, MITRE ATLAS Experience bringing to market AI/ML-based products is an advantage. Experience in data protection and classification products Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required Education Travel: BS/BA in Computer Science or business required, MS or MBA preferred Ability to travel up to 50% (to USA, domestic customer/trade shows)
