Job title: Senior Presales Years of experience:5+ Location: Pune (Working from office and should visit client sites) Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Technical Consulting Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and infrastructure challenges. Lead technical discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and architecture reviews. Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the value proposition of Netweb's High-End Computing Solutions (HCS). Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions encompassing: Servers & Workstations Storage Solutions High-Performance Computing (HPC) Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) AI/ML Infrastructure Private Cloud Platforms Build solutions from scratch based on customer requirements and workloads. Architect and deploy private cloud solutions using: VMware Nutanix Proxmox RHEL-based platforms and virtualization technologies Design AI infrastructure solutions for: Model Training Environments AI Inference Platforms AI Labs and Research Infrastructure GPU-accelerated Computing Clusters Presales Support Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle. Conduct product demonstrations, technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution validations. Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, BOMs, architecture diagrams, and RFP/RFI responses. Support bid management and customer technical queries. Market & Technology Leadership Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends across AI, HPC, Cloud, Storage, and Data Center Infrastructure. Analyze competitive offerings and contribute insights to product and solution development. Represent Netweb at customer events, technology forums, and industry engagements. Desired Skills & Expertise Technical Expertise Strong experience in: Server & Storage Architecture High-Performance Computing (HPC) Private Cloud Solutions Virtualization Technologies AI Infrastructure & GPU Computing Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Enterprise Data Center Solutions Professional Skills Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Strong solutioning, proposal development, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Delivery teams. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's Degree preferred.
