Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, management, and optimization of data centre infrastructure, with a particular focus on networking and virtualization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in data centre infrastructure setup, networking, virtualization, and client management. - In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security protocols, and best practices in network design. - Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or KVM. - Strong understanding of network security principles and industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, VCP preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
