Immediate Joiners Preferred Location - Mumbai Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage backup solutions for regular data backups.Troubleshoot issues related to backup jobs and tape libraries.Test backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.Maintain documentation of backup procedures and recovery plans.Collaborate with IT teams on data protection initiatives.Monitor backup systems for performance and capacity.Implement security protocols for data backups.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.3+ years of experience in backup engineering within data centers.Strong knowledge of backup tools (e.g., Networker).Experience with tape libraries and data deduplication.Relevant certifications are a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
