Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications . Develop robust backend services using Java, Core Java, J2EE , and related enterprise technologies. Build and optimize RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based architectures . Work extensively with PostgreSQL and demonstrate strong understanding of SQL concepts , query optimization, and database design. Develop backend applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, and Hibernate Framework ( mandatory ). Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and software design patterns. Participate in application deployment, server setup, and environment management including: Apache Tomcat configuration and tuning Application deployment and troubleshooting Basic DevOps activities (build pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring) Develop responsive frontend applications using: HTML, CSS, JavaScript React.js Develop and maintain mobile applications using: React Native Lead and mentor a team of 34 developers , ensuring sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery. Participate actively in Agile , including sprint planning, stand-ups. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain high code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in designing scalable solutions. Experience with secure application development and authentication/authorization mechanisms. Exposure to cloud platforms or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
