Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a cybersecurity strategy aligned with Microsoft security solutionsServe as a cybersecurity thought leader, representing security capabilities across all service linesDefine security service offerings, including frameworks for Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, and Cloud SecurityCollaborate with practice leads from Cloud Infrastructure, App Innovation, Data & AI, and Quality Assurance to embed security into solution architecturesTechnical Leadership & Solutioning Design and implement security architectures using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, and other Microsoft security solutionsLead security assessments, risk management, compliance initiatives, and remediation strategies for customersProvide guidance for DevSecOps, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutionsDefine best practices for securing data pipelines, AI models, and cloud workloadsBusiness Development & Pre-Sales Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to position cybersecurity in RFPs and customer proposalsDrive Microsoft security workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for customersIdentify new business opportunities and revenue streams within cybersecurity servicesPractice Growth & Talent Development Define skill development roadmaps and ensure team certifications in Microsoft security technologiesEstablish security governance and best practices within delivery teamsMentor and guide technical teams to strengthen cybersecurity capabilitiesQualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on cloud security, application security, and risk managementDeep expertise in Microsoft Security solutions: Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, M365 SecurityHands-on experience with security architectures for Azure, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environmentsStrong understanding of security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, Zero Trust ArchitectureExperience in consulting with pre-sales and solutioning exposureLeadership experience driving security programs and mentoring technical teams .
