Requirements Key Responsibilities: Discovery Scope Definition - Analyze SoWs and RFPs; lead structured discovery workshops with executive and working-level stakeholders. - Convert ambiguity into bounded scope: personas, use cases, assumptions, risks, MVP definition, and decision logs. - Synthesize discovery transcripts into confirmed, implementation-ready scope documents. KPI, Metrics Business Rules - Define KPI frameworks: metric definitions, grain, aggregation rules, thresholds, segmentation, and normalization. - Produce metric catalogs, business glossaries, and interpretability guidance (what it means, what action it triggers). - Design decision workflows and exception playbooks enabled by analytics outputs. Data AI Requirements - Own data requirements specs: entity definitions, attribute rules, data quality checks, and reconciliation logic. - For AI/RAG projects: define knowledge base structure, retrieval logic, output validation, and fallback behaviors. - For AI/ML pipelines: document data inputs, model output requirements, confidence thresholds, and edge cases.
