QA Technical Manager

As a QA Technical Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Test Leads. - Define QA strategy, testing standards, best practices, and quality metrics across projects. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive skill development initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with 3+ years in a QA leadership/management role. - Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and Playwright. - Experience implementing and leveraging AI/GenAI-driven testing solutions for test case generation, automation, and quality improvements. - Strong experience in functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
