About the role
As a Senior or Lead Technical Operations Engineer at our company, based in Chennai, Bengaluru, or Pune office location, your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing system operations, monitoring applications, and creating & improving CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical operations and deliver scalable solutions to enterprise challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support - Manage system operations and monitor applications - Create and improve CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical operations - Deliver scalable solutions to enterprise challenges Qualifications: - Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues - Mandatory: Azure Devops/Pipelines, Jenkins, Linux scripting - Good to have: SAML, SSO setup, OAUTH, IAM, Azure B2C - Ability to proactively identify issues and implement scalable solutions for enhanced system performance - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
