Primary skills: Windows Server Nutanix Active directory Group policy VMware Roles and Responsibilities: L2 Administrator with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP Server Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable server solutions to support business needs. Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune server performance for efficiency and reliability. Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, patch management, and compliance standards. Automation & Scripting: Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate server management tasks. Incident Management: Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Collaboration & Communication: Work with IT teams and stakeholders to align server infrastructure with business objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring high-quality server management. Documentation: Maintain records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
