You will collaborate with customer executives, architects, operations leaders, and engineering teams to transform complex business processes into intelligent AI-powered workflows. Acting as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and deployment leader, you will be instrumental in turning enterprise AI vision into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, deploy, and scale Agentic AI solutions in production environments - Collaborate with customer stakeholders to transform business processes into AI-powered workflows - Lead discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives - Orchestrate multiple AI agents and integrate enterprise systems - Drive production deployment and business adoption of AI solutions Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technology Consulting - Proven experience in delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments - 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production - Experience in designing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications - Strong background in enterprise integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow orchestration - Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms - Understanding of MCP, A2A protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices - Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Field Service, or Customer Support platforms Neuron7.ai is a rapidly growing AI-first SaaS company that prioritizes integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity.
