About the role

As an Embedded Engineer - Power Electronics at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing embedded systems and power electronics hardware for advanced electronic products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop embedded systems for power electronics applications, involving firmware development and hardware interfacing. - Design analog and digital circuits for embedded hardware and power electronics systems (SMPS, DC-DC converters, inverters, etc.). - Perform schematic design, PCB layout, and routing using Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent tools. - Ensure proper grounding, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance in PCB designs. - Interface microcontrollers with peripherals, sensors, and communication modules (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.). - Conduct hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation. - Prepare technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and manufacturing-ready designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and optimization. - Support manufacturing and assembly processes with vendors. - Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related field. - 35 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and power electronics hardware. - Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller programming. - Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar. - Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles. - Understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and high-speed PCB layout. - Experience in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers. - Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN. - Knowledge of RF design and EMI/EMC considerations is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with RTOS-based embedded systems. - Exposure to IoT or connected devices. - Familiarity with ARM Cortex or STM32 platforms.
