About the role
We are looking for a Product Management Intern who wants hands-on experience building mobile applications. You will work alongside product managers, designers and developers to create PRDs, write user stories, support sprint planning, analyse product metrics and help shape new product features. Location: Remote Experience: Internship / Certifications in product manager / Entry-level Product experience preferred Stipend: 5000 per month (INR) Working Hours: 20 hours/week Our Values - User First Approach - Honest & Construcitve Communication - Continuous Improvement - Planning & Long-Term Thinking Core Responsibilities - Create user stories from business requirements - Write structured PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) - Estimate and assign user story points for sprint planning - Support sprint planning and execution with the team - Review product analytics and create monthly product reports - Support budget and cost-related discussions for product initiatives - Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear execution alignment Monthly Goals & KPIs - Monthly goals will be aligned with and assigned to the Junior Product Manager role - Timely delivery of PRDs and user stories - Accuracy of user story estimation and sprint planning support - Monthly reporting completion with insights and recommendations - Improvement in product tracking through analytics review Ideal Candidate - Solid interest in product management for mobile apps - Good communication and documentation skills - Ability to understand business needs and convert them into actionable tasks - Comfortable working with data and analytics reporting - Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Able to work independently in a remote setup Technical Skills (Must-Have) - User story writing - Firebase A/B testing (basic working knowledge) - Tools: Jira / Trello / Asana - Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX principles - Familiarity .
