Sr. QA Tester Sr. QA Tester Job Duties APPLY Under limited supervision, design and develop complex computer systems; consult managers and users to gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements; analyze science, engineering, business, and/ or all other relevant data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems; analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations; choose and configure hardware and software, and devise ways to apply existing system resources to additional tasks; work with programmers to design logical and physical database structures and create functionality using AS400, Windows, UNIX, Oracle, DB2, Access, Java, JavaScript, VB Script, C, SQL, and related tools; develop and execute Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Cases based on Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies; coordinate functional, system, integration, and regression testing; coordinate user training and technical documentation, as needed. Minimum Education Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience Five (5) years of progressive experience in the position above, or as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements Experience must include work with Functional, System, Integration, and Regression testing, Agile, and Waterfall.
