School Name- New Horizon Group Of School Airoli Job Location: Airoli Experience Required: 35 Years Job Type: Full-time Resume Summited Eligibility: - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in IT hardware and networking. - Experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred Required Skills: - Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance - Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) - Router and switch configuration - Windows installation and support - Printer and scanner configuration - Basic server and Active Directory knowledge (preferred) - CCTV and biometric system support (preferred) - Good communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware. - Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices. - Install and configure Windows operating systems and application software. - Provide technical support to teaching and non-teaching staff. - Maintain computer labs, smart classrooms, and audio-visual equipment. - Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network cabling. - Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment and maintain inventory records. - Manage user accounts, passwords, and basic access permissions. - Install antivirus software and ensure data security through regular updates and backups. - Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and warranty services. - Maintain IT documentation, service logs, and asset records. - Ensure uninterrupted IT services during school events, examinations, and online sessions Job Type: Full time Compensation: 25,000.00 - 27,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
