Key Responsibilities: - Join a backend engineering team dedicated to developing and managing JVM-based services for processing massive amounts of telemetry data. - Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring a team of skilled software engineers towards technical excellence and delivering high-quality code. - Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, apply optimizations, and promote professional growth within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably as a full-stack engineer with a strong computer science background and a quick aptitude for learning new languages. - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and ReactJS, with demonstrated experience in designing and developing large-scale full stack software systems. - Passion for exploring new technologies, finding creative solutions to complex problems, and staying updated with industry trends in observability and related domains. - Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Data Integration Expertise: Experience in data integration or ingestion products, particularly within the SaaS industry. - Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in developing microservices and deploying and running workloads on AWS.
