Looking for professionals who can join us Immediately or within 15 days is preferred.Job Title : Senior Data Scientist - AI EngineerLocation : Pune, IndiaAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist - AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.- Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.- Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.- Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.- Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.- Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.- Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.- 6 - 10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.- Strong proficiency in Python and API development.- Hands-on experience with :1. Large Language Models (LLMs)2. Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks3. Advanced RAG architectures4. Prompt Engineering5. Embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases6.
