About the Job Business Analyst at NewAgeSYS serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, and are responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting business needs and requirements. BAs collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives. They document these requirements comprehensively, employing various modeling techniques to represent business processes and system specifications. BAs play a pivotal role in verifying that proposed solutions align with business goals and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle. Their responsibilities extend to UAT, risk analysis, collaboration with development and testing teams, and continuous improvement of processes. Responsibilities at NewAgeSys: Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities.Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via zoom meetings, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.Daily coordination with the team leads to understanding and identifying their issues. Conduct UAT of deliverables, Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Attend Scrum meetings with the team on a daily basis. Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Prepare the supportive documentation (SRS), Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Change Request Management, Delivery of Milestones Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills: Bachelors Degree in CS / IT preferred. Willingness to learn, share knowledge and communicate effectively the US based and international clients Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Must have knowledge in mobile & web applications.. Should have handled developers and US clients. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail Highly self-motivated and directed, Natural ability to get things done. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure Strong customer service orientation Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements Comfortable with tight timelines. <
