Design, 3D Printing & Paint Shop

As a Junior Engineer in the Design, 3D Printing & Paint Shop team, your role will involve a blend of digital design, 3D printing operations, and post-production surface finishing. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of manufacturing and prototyping. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Pre-Press (2D & 3D Drafting) - Learn and create vector layouts and print-ready designs using CorelDRAW for UV DTF printing. - Assist in creating 2D drawings and technical modifications using AutoCAD or related 3D modeling software. - Prepare and optimize files for production, ensuring correct scale, tolerances, and layers. - 3D Printing Operation & Slicing - Convert CAD models into STL/3MF files and set printing parameters using slicing software. - Operate FDM 3D printers with materials like TPU, Nylon, and PETG. - Perform machine startup checks, calibration, and maintenance. - Paint Shop Operations & Surface Finishing - Execute post-processing on printed parts, including support removal and surface sanding. - Prepare surfaces for painting and operate spray equipment/booths. - Identify and rectify surface and coating defects. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering or relevant technical certifications. - Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW and AutoCAD. - Understanding of FDM 3D printing processes and polymer material properties. - Familiarity with paint shop operations and surface preparation. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Your willingness to learn, receive feedback positively, and engage in shop floor activities will be crucial. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000.00 to 25,000.00 along with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions.
