Build core AI algorithms, infra, data systems, evaluation harnesses behind Agentic AI. Shape agent training, evals, optimize, deploy to automate real H/W design & validation workflow. Build, optimize system for post/training, RL, inference, execution Required Candidate profile Develop tooling/harnesses to evaluate/improve agent perf; work on stack from prototypes to production. Exp in AI model training, finetuning, evaluation, data infra, distributed systems, infra product.
