About the internship: We are looking for a highly motivated 'Founder's Office Intern - Technology & Engineering' to work directly with the CTO and founder in building and scaling our technology platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology startup. The intern will work closely with the founder across product development, engineering execution, technical research, and cross-functional delivery while gaining first-hand exposure to startup execution and engineering leadership. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work directly with the CTO on day-to-day technology and engineering initiatives. 2. Support the planning, execution, and timely delivery of product and engineering milestones. 3. Assist in backend and frontend development across multiple internal products. 4. Participate in architecture discussions, feature implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment activities. 5. Coordinate with designers, product teams, psychologists, and operations to ensure successful delivery. 6. Research emerging technologies, frameworks, AI tools, and engineering best practices. 7. Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and engineering reports. 8. Take ownership of assigned engineering tasks and ensure timely completion. 9.
