About the role
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the following: - Conducting competitive analyses of other websites operating in the same space - Preparing customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions - Participating in creating a content development strategy - Coordinating with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, and more - Tracking usability goals and preparing reports for senior management - Developing mockups for our development and design team - Conducting usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and creating a report showcasing your findings.
