Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

As an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant at NexInfo, you will play a crucial role in leading Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support projects. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, implementing and testing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, providing support, and managing stakeholders effectively. Here are the key responsibilities you will be taking on: - Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support projects. - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. - Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules according to client requirements. - Conduct CRP, UAT, SIT, and end-user training sessions. - Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers. - Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts. - Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities. - Manage production support issues and handle enhancement requests. - Offer best practices and recommend process improvements. To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. - Experience in end-to-end implementation projects. - Understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Manufacturing. - Proficiency in requirement gathering and solution mapping. - Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, BI Reports is an added advantage. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In terms of experience and education, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - 7+ years of overall Oracle SCM experience. - Minimum 23 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. - Preferably at least 1 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation. - Bachelors degree in engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. - Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.
