Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The IT Support Analyst will provide front-line technical support to employees, responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing issues, and resolving hardware and software problems for desktop computers and related devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network connectivity and application errors, installing and configuring systems, maintaining IT inventories, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed. The role also involves documenting solutions, updating user guides, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure IT operations in a fast-growing edtech environment. Qualifications Strong technical support and help desk support skills, with the ability to handle entry-level IT queries efficiently.Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues on desktop computers and peripherals.Foundational knowledge of information technology concepts, operating systems, and commonly used office applications.Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users, provide patient guidance, and document issues and resolutions.Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
