Job Description IT Support Engineer Position: IT Support Engineer Location: Pithampur Industry: Manufacturing Experience: 2+ Years Salary: Up to 40,000 per month Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing ERP support, managing Oracle Lighthouse applications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and networking issues. Support and troubleshoot ERP applications and user-related concerns. Manage and provide technical support for Oracle Lighthouse. Maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi. Configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Handle user account management, system access, and basic security administration. Monitor system performance and ensure regular backups. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support. Maintain IT asset records and documentation. Ensure minimal downtime by resolving technical issues within defined timelines. Support production and office users with IT-related requirements. Required Skills Experience in ERP support within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Lighthouse. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and Windows administration. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, printers, email configuration, and system troubleshooting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support within a manufacturing industry. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
