About the job Day to day Responsibilities 1. Supervise telecom tower foundation and civil construction work. 2. Monitor excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting activities. 3. Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and foundation drawings. 4. Coordinate with contractors, tower erection teams, and project engineers. 5. Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards. 6. bInspect construction materials and verify work quality. 7. Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation. 8. Monitor cable trenching, earthing, fencing, and related civil works. 9. Resolve site issues in coordination with the project team. 10. Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities. Skill(s) required MS-Excel MS-Office Earn certifications in these skills Learn MS-Excel Learn VLSI Learn AI in Data Science Learn AutoCAD Learn STAAD Pro Learn Revit Learn AutoCAD 3D Other requirements 1. Are willing to travel to project sites. 2. Have good communication and contractor coordination skills.
