Immediate Requirement Position : Senior Lead Consultant Business Analytics, Data Engineering & Strategy Location : Work from home (adaptable to work in US timings) Organization: NextAccel Skills - The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, consulting experience, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills.Strong hands-on technical skills in database management, programming (SQL, Python), data engineering, and data architecture are mandatory. Experience : 712 years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Strategy, or Consulting, with at least 34 years spent at a recognized top-tier or Big 4 management consulting firm. Education: MBA from a reputed institution OR MS in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Position Overview: Business Analytics & Strategy will play a critical role in supporting executive leadership by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and business transformation initiatives. This role combines Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Process Improvement, and Management Reporting to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS ANALYTICS & INTELLIGENCE - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies. - Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reports. - Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. - Establish data-driven performance measurement frameworks across business functions. - Conduct predictive and trend analysis to support business planning. - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization. - Develop and manage data models, databases, and data warehouses to support advanced analytics and reporting. - Write and optimize c .
