Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Role Overview: NextDimension AI, a US-based technology startup, is seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Full Stack Developer to join their core mission of building sophisticated AI Agents in Healthcare. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for their AI-powered platform, empowering healthcare practices in the US. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 4+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development to build and maintain complex, data-intensive applications at scale. - Demonstrate deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar. - Work with languages like Next.js, Python, and JavaScript. - Apply your proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (preferably GCP) for deploying services in cloud environments. - Design large-scale software systems, write high-quality, production-grade code and tests, and handle error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics. - Collaborate effectively with teams, lead technically complex projects, and communicate clearly on complex technical concepts. - Understand the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain/LangGraph is highly valuable. Qualifications Required: - Experienced Backend Engineer with 4+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development. - Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar. - Proficiency in Next.js, Python, and Javascript. - Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred) for deploying services in cloud environments. - Experience in designing large-scale software systems, writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. - Familiarity with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc. - Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a team-oriented environment. - Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
