Role Overview: As a Clinical Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving product innovation and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare service growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze clinical, operational, and product performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing patient care and hospital services. - Lead the development and optimization of healthcare products and digital health initiatives. - Collaborate effectively with doctors, operations, IT, and management teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient outcomes, service utilization, and revenue performance to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, patient safety regulations, and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Required: - MBBS degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations. - Proficiency in product analysis, healthcare analytics, and performance monitoring. - Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Dashboards, Data Modeling, Automation, and Data Visualization. - Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR/EHR) is preferred. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to interpret complex data effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate intricate clinical and operational data into actionable business insights.
