About the Role We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Fabric Developer with 34 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining modern data solutions. Candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. - Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes. - Develop ETL/ELT workflows using Fabric Data Factory or Azure Data Factory. - Work with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and OneLake architecture. - Create and optimize data models for reporting and analytics. - Collaborate with Power BI developers to support dashboards and reporting requirements. - Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data transformations. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions. - Follow best practices for data governance, security, and documentation. Required Skills - 34 years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics. - Strong knowledge of SQL. - Experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as: - Data Factory - Data Engineering - Lakehouse - Data Warehouse - OneLake - Notebooks Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is acceptable. Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration. Understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience working with Power BI is an added advantage. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, or Azure SQL Database is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. .
