.NET Lead Developer

As a .NET Lead Developer in the BFSI domain, your role involves leading development initiatives, modernizing legacy applications, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for: - Leading development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and Angular - Driving application modernization and migration from legacy systems to .NET Core - Designing and developing scalable APIs and backend services - Performing code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning - Working closely with business, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery - Mentoring junior developers and ensuring coding best practices - Supporting deployments, release management, and production issues Your technical skills should include: - Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC - Experience with WebForms and migration to modern frameworks - Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ - Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning) - Experience in REST API development and system integration - Working knowledge of Angular (v8+) - Familiarity with Git / TFS / Azure Repos - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - BFSI domain experience (mandatory/preferred) Preferred skills for this role may include: - Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines - Exposure to microservices architecture - Knowledge of Docker / containerization - Experience in Agile / Scrum environments - Understanding of application security and performance optimization Qualifications required for this position are: - BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Please note that the working mode for this position is WFO, located in Andheri East, Mumbai.
