SA Tech-Web Developer (Full Stack)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the development of responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS for 70% of the time, while also working on backend development using Golang or Node.js for the remaining 30%. Your primary focus will be on building scalable web applications and ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS. - Implement UI components and manage application state with modern React tools and libraries (e.g., Redux, React Hooks). - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize frontend performance. - Develop and maintain backend services using Golang or Node.js, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and well-integrated with frontend systems. - Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various frontend functionalities. - Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering. - Stay updated with the latest developments in web technologies and frameworks, and continuously improve the existing codebase. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in ReactJS with 5-7 years of experience in frontend development. - Experience with modern frontend build tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Proficiency in backend development using Golang or Node.js. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Understanding of full stack development principles and the ability to work on both frontend and backend tasks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
