About the role
As an Application Security Analyst/Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting security assessments, including network, web, mobile, and cloud penetration testing. Your role will involve identifying, exploiting, and documenting vulnerabilities to assess the security posture of systems. You will perform manual testing alongside automated tools for in-depth security analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct security assessments, including network, web, mobile, and cloud penetration testing. - Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities for security posture assessment. - Perform manual testing alongside automated tools for in-depth security analysis. - Prepare detailed security reports with findings, risk impact, and mitigation recommendations. - Present findings to technical teams and senior management in an explicit and actionable manner. - Work with development and IT teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities. - Provide security best practices and guidance on secure coding and infrastructure hardening. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in VAPT, ethical hacking, Red teaming, or security testing. - Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, etc. are a plus.
