The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, microservices architecture, AWS, message queues (Kafka or SQS), and monitoring tools like Datadog or Splunk. This role requires deep backend ownership, solid system design skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
