Job Title: Senior Developer HFM (.NET / Python / SQL) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore Shift: 12 PM 9 PM IST (Rotational, if required) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and hands-on experience in .NET, Python, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing financial applications, along with supporting implementation and integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain HFM-based financial applications and solutionsWork on HFM implementation, customization, and enhancementsDevelop backend components using .NET and PythonWrite efficient and optimized SQL queries, procedures, and data integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirementsBuild and support data integrations between HFM and other enterprise systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecksEnsure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and documentationParticipate in deployment, release management, and environment setupSupport financial consolidation and reporting processes Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software development / enterprise application developmentStrong hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)Proficiency in .NET (C# / ASP.NET) and PythonStrong experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)Experience with system integration and data workflowsUnderstanding of financial systems and reporting processesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and stakeholder management Good to Have Experience with Oracle Hyperion suiteExposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Knowledge of ETL tools / data pipelinesExperience in Agile/Scrum environments Why Join Us Work on enterprise-grade financial systemsOpportunity to build scalable and high-impact solutionsExposure to modern tech stack + finance domain .
