Job Title : Data Analyst Experience : 3+ Years Location : Nirala Nagar, Lucknow Job Type : WFO / Hybrid Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Quation Solution . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis using Python and SQL and will help us extract valuable insights from our data, enabling smarter business decisions. Prior experience or exposure to inventory management , retail , or the fashion industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data needs. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data findings. - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - Utilize Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization. - Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manage data in databases. - Assist in creating models to predict and forecast trends within the retail or fashion sector (if applicable). Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation. - Solid SQL skills for database management and query optimization. - Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for clear reporting of findings. Bonus Skills: - Any prior experience with inventory management , retail , or fashion industry data. - Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst role.
