Job Title: Python Tester (Pytest) Experience: 3+ Years Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Python Tester with strong hands-on experience in Pytest to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing frameworks, test automation, and API validation, with the ability to deliver high-quality software through meticulous testing and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Pytest Perform functional, regression, and API testing of backend and frontend components Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify and resolve defects Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks Prepare detailed test reports and documentation Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and Pytest framework Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI (preferred) Strong analytical and debugging skills Good to Have: Experience with Selenium or other automation tools Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) Working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Behave, Cucumber) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
